All payments made to Legal Saathi India are non-refundable. Once an order or service is placed and payment is processed, we immediately begin allocating expert and operational resources to your case.
Therefore, refunds or cancellations will not be entertained under any circumstances, including:
- Change of mind or decision after payment
- Delay in providing required documents or information
- Delays due to third-party systems or government portals
- Disagreement with service timelines or methodology
2. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases (e.g., duplicate payments due to a technical glitch), we may issue a refund at our sole discretion after internal verification. Any such issue must be reported within 3 working days of the transaction.
